Pastor's Fund/Food Pantry
At Christmas parishioners can pull envelopes off a Christmas tree and purchase gifts for those in need.
This fund helps people in need of a one-time emergency assistance. The parish also has an in-house food pantry supplied by the generous donations of parishioners.
Meadville Soup Kitchen
The Meadville Soup Kitchen is held weekdays at Stone United Methodist Church on the Diamond. We participate by providing food and monetary donations. Also, there are three monthly volunteer days:
St. Brigid - 3rd Thursday
St. Agatha - 3rd Friday
St. Mary of Grace - 2nd Thursday
Sister Parish in the Yucatan
The Epiphany of the Lord Parish participates in the Diocese of Erie Mission of Friendship program and has one of the oldest "sister parish" relationships in the Diocese. The sister parish is St. Peter, in San Pedros, Sotuta, Yucatan (Mexico). St. Brigid provides financial support, Mass intentions, and other support as needed to this community in Mexico. The relationship offers us a "world view" of the Church, while assisting a Catholic community in need.
